We will send you a contract that covers the details of your venue rental, but standard options are:
Because weddings and events are so special, we leave the decorating to you and your team.
Because we may have other guests coming or going before or after your event, we are unable to guarantee any variation from the standard check-in/out times.
There are plenty of options for participants to get ready! We have a full vacation home available that includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a bathroom house near the lawn area that may be used as well.
As mentioned, setup and take-down are not included in the venue rental. We ask that your party complete all the take down and removal of decorations, return the space back to it’s original setup, and that any trash is picked-up around the property.
You do not have to worry about cleaning the house if it has been used during the day or overnight. However, it would help us if you placed any used lines or towels in the laundry room and clean the dirty dishes before you leave.
The initial $500 deposit is non-refundable. If you find yourself needing to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please contact us directly.

Harmony Haven Ranch functions as both a vacation rental AND event venue. However, we only rent to one party at a time, so you can rest assured that whatever you choose to use our home for is solely yours.
As you may be aware, Harmony Haven Ranch is a functioning farm. If you rent our property as a vacation rental, we do our best to keep our presence as unnoticed as possible, but our farm work does continue.
When you rent for a wedding venue, we ensure that during your specified times there is no additional work being done on the property.
Absolutely! We actually encourage it to ensure that our unique venue will fit your style. You can call Jan at 435-619-6282 to schedule a time to tour the property.
We try to encourage you tour during the same season as your event, but if that is not an option, we try to provide as much insight as to what the property looks like and the typical weather during that time.
Fireworks and Sparklers are strictly prohibited.
Not only are these items a hazard for our property given the vegetation and amount of wood structures, but we have been fortunate to have our home survive major wild land fires and we don’t want to push our luck.
Alcohol is allowed at our property, however Harmony Haven does not supply/provide any. Because of this, Renters are the ones liable for any related incidents, so we advise that you speak with your party accordingly.
There will be a $500 fee charged for any disruptions that violate our curfew or other policies.
Harmony Haven Ranch is a rustic barn wedding venue and we understand that style isn’t for everyone. We also understand how important choosing the perfect wedding venue for your special day is. Because of that, we do ask that you preview the venue prior to booking to ensure that is the right fit for you.
If possible, we encourage previews during the same season that your wedding will take place. If that isn’t possible, we will do our best to provide an accurate depiction of the weather and look of the property.
Be prepared to provide your name, contact information, and desired date. Please keep in mind that weddings are often booked as far out as a year prior, so your initial date may not be available. If you have a wedding planner, I would coordinate a time that works for both of you to come look at the property.
